About WOGE

A Chinese company focused on opportunities in Africa

Worldwide Green Energy Group identifies and develops engagement around major investment and business opportunities in Africa on behalf of its member conglomerates.

Our official partnership brings together Chinese groups with experience in engineering, construction, energy and industrial activities. WOGE provides the link between project opportunities and the members best placed to assess and lead them.

Our particular focus is on energy and infrastructure, alongside related opportunities in production, services and local value chains.

Our approach to partnership

  1. 01

    Public priorities guide the discussion.

We work with governments and public entities to understand their objectives and identify where member capabilities can add value.

  2. 02

Project requirements determine the lead member.

WOGE shares opportunities within the membership and invites an aligned member to take the lead.

  3. 03

    Preparation supports investment decisions.

Technical studies, commercial assessment and financial structuring provide the basis for agreed project terms.

  4. 04

Knowledge transfer forms part of development.

We seek opportunities to include training and operational skills in project planning.

  5. 05

    Partnership extends beyond construction.

Operation, maintenance and long-term performance are considerations from the preparation stage.

WOGE and the lead member

Financiers, specialist suppliers and operating partners may also participate where the project requires them. Their roles and commitments are defined through the relevant agreements.
